1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KGL Agritech ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of PostSync, accessible via https://getpostsync.duckdns.org and related applications and APIs.
By creating an account or using PostSync, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description & Acceptable Use
PostSync provides multi-tenant social media management, composition, delayed scheduling, and direct publishing tools for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
When using PostSync, you agree NOT to:
- Publish hate speech, violent content, unlawful material, or malicious software.
- Generate automated spam or violate the spam policies of the target platforms.
- Attempt to bypass workspace tenant isolation, decrypt other users' OAuth tokens, or interfere with background queues.
- Use PostSync in any manner that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Third-Party Platform Policies
PostSync operates via APIs provided by third parties (Meta, TikTok, X, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn). Your use of each platform through PostSync is subject to their respective terms and community guidelines. Any suspension or termination by a third-party social network is outside our direct control.
4. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and workspace memberships. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions, Pricing & Cancellations
PostSync offers a free starter tier and paid subscription tiers (Professional, Agency). Paid plans renew automatically monthly unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time via the Workspace Settings and Billing panel.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KGL Agritech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from third-party social media API outages or account restrictions imposed by remote networks.
